Scouts BSA is for ages 11-17, unless you are coming out of Cub Scouts where 10 1/2 is OK.

No. This is an all female troop that meets and does campouts by itself most of the time. Troop 40 and 123 are boy Troops chartered out of the same church, with different leaders.
YES! We welcome both male and female leaders. We have one and often more female leaders at each event, but Dads have leadership roles too!
Of course you have an opportunity to earn the prestigious Eagle rank. Our troop graduated 3 Eagle Scouts in the past 5 years!
The troop has a trailer full of equipment for camping and outings. You are expected to provide your own sleeping bag, ground pad, and mess kit (plate, cup, bowl, and eating utensils).
